I am taking advantage of the various avenues for development including having a mentor, Grant School, and serving on a committee. Ethics in the grant world can be subjective. We need to consistently return to GPA’s guidance and resources to assist us with ethical judgement calls. Here are two scenarios for your consideration: 1.

The awardees will mentor promising doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows in enhancing their methodological skills, publication records, and career networks.
