Since the nonprofit was heavily leveraged with public contracts, there was not a sense of urgency to try something new. Ask yourself: What is the scope of the consultant’s contract? The lack of respect, total disregard for email and text communication, and habitual disappearing acts were not aligned with my work ethic.

I suspect a lot of the bigger causes already have dates for when funds are due in their contracts with partners, but I admit I usually don’t. But I think having an “expiration date&# for the promotion shows consumers that you are committed to ethical, transparent and impactful giving.

To tell you the truth, I'm still not that clear on the difference between confidentiality and privacy, nor the difference between ethics and morals, but perhaps in time. The way to judge a cloud vendor's strength is to read their service level agreement, privacy policy, audit reports, and standard contract.
