So, the simplest practice I'm engaging in is making sure I'm getting up from my desk several times a day to avoid burnout. But doing so protects you from burnout, we must be as gentle to ourselves as we are to others. I go outside and take a 15-minute walk, or sometimes I do some stretching, preferably in a room away from my desk.
