9495 was just nine votes short of passing at 256 yes and 145 no. Based on last week’s vote, it is expected to pass the House of Representatives. 9495 may achieve the goal of expediting these cases, but it does so at the expense of fairness and transparency. House Rules Committee will consider H.R Section 4 of H.R.9495
