This is the boat I am in; I wrote grants for a decade before GPCI first offered certifications in 2008 (GPA of Lower Hudson, n.d.), Grant Professional Certification Institute The GPCI administers the nationally recognized GPC credential to grant professionals. Who Is Certified? so I never got around to it.

For the 2023 GrantSummit, GPF awarded 14 scholarships for grant professionals to attend virtually and in person. In 2023, GPCI presented three CMP awards and 11 GPC TM Exam scholarships to recipients. GPCI Competency: #7 Knowledge of practices and services that raise the level of professionalism of grant developers

She is also an approved trainer by the Grant Professional Certificate Institute (GPCI). In 2023, Amanda’s service dog and agility team member Andy was nationally ranked the #2, #3, and #7 mixed breed dog in Jumpers, Standard/Regular Agility, and the distance challenge Chances, respectively.

In early November 2023, I attended GrantSummit (formerly known as the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) Annual Conference) in Kansas City, Missouri. All of our courses: Align with GPCI competencies; Are approved for CEUs by GPCI and CFRE International; and Are led by nationally recognized GPA-approved trainers.
