Id like to say that learning the principles of grant management, professional development opportunities and fruitful networking sold me on GPA. I learned that grant professionals work in various environments as employees, contractors and business owners. Instead, it was a holiday dinner.

Make sure you're really writing as tightly as possible, but I have a blog post here where I have it side by side. Essentially Teresa has a grant readiness audit that is gonna be really useful when assessing stacking yourself up to these respective mistakes that we've talked about today. I always say right tight.

 Will: I can say that in general, what I actually tell folks is to not, what generally we tell folks is if you're looking for startup grants, it's better to actually stabilize your nonprofit before you pursue grants.
