In 2013, when I created my first Facebook post announcing myself as a grant writer, I thought I would be serving experienced grant-seeking non-profit organizations who just needed me to support them. At the height of COViD-19 in 2020 and 2021, I wrote very few grant applications for new clients, but coached 20-25 hours per week.
